Step 1: Register Your Seller Account

Getting started is quick and easy. The first step is to create an account specifically for selling.

Step 2: Complete Account Verification

To ensure the safety and trust of our marketplace for both buyers and sellers, we require all new sellers to verify their accounts. This is a one-time process.

• Provide Required Information: You may be asked to provide additional details to verify your identity. This helps us maintain a secure environment and process your future payouts correctly.

Step 3: Set Up Your Seller Dashboard & Store Profile

Your Store Profile is your brand’s home on our platform. A complete and professional profile builds trust with customers.

• Access Your Dashboard: Once verified, you will have access to your Seller Dashboard. This is your command center for managing products, orders, and payments.
• Customize Your Profile: Add your store name, logo, a brief description of what you sell, and any relevant policies (e.g., your return policy).

Step 4: Add Products to Your Store

This is where the magic happens! On SEAMAE, you have the flexibility to populate your store in two ways:

A) Create Your Own Product Listings If you have unique products, follow these best practices to create listings that attract customers:

1. Go to ‘Add New Product’: In your Seller Dashboard, find the “Products” section and click “Add New.”
2. Write a Clear and Descriptive Title: Use keywords that customers are likely to search for.
3. Upload High-Quality Images: Use clear, well-lit photos from multiple angles.
4. Set a Competitive Price and Write a Detailed Description.

B) Resell from the SEAMAE Product Warehouse As an alternative to creating new listings, you can browse our curated Product Warehouse and select existing items to resell.

Please note, we only provide sample products, no pre-made keys. You must add the product key yourself.

Understanding the Order and Payout Process

We want to make sure you get paid in a timely and transparent manner.

1. Managing Orders:

When a customer purchases your product, you will receive an email notification and the order will appear in your Seller Dashboard. It is your responsibility to fulfill the order as described in your listing. For digital products, our system will handle the delivery automatically after successful payment.

2. How Payouts Work:

To protect both buyers and sellers from fraud and to manage potential disputes or refund requests, we have a standard payment clearing process.

• Holding Period: Funds from a completed sale are held for a brief, set period (e.g., 7-14 days) after the transaction is successful. This is a standard practice in e-commerce marketplaces.
• Payout Schedule: Once the holding period is over, the funds become available for payout. Payouts are processed automatically on a regular schedule (e.g., weekly or bi-weekly).
• Payment Methods: Ensure your payment information is correctly entered in your Seller Dashboard to receive your earnings without delay.
