Important Notes:
- Our policies operate in full compliance with the general terms and conditions of the Seamae Store platform.
- SCREEN RECORDING FOR ACTIVATION ISSUES: To protect your rights in case of an invalid or used key, you must record a clear video of the entire process, from showing the key we sent you to entering it into the software/platform and showing the resulting error message. We can only process claims that are supported by video evidence.
1. Product Information & Compatibility
- We guarantee that all digital keys and products are for the software and platform specified in the product description.
- It is your responsibility to ensure your device or system meets the minimum requirements for the software or service you are purchasing the key for.
- If you have any questions about compatibility, region, or versions, please contact us before making a purchase to avoid any issues.
2. Order Processing & Digital Delivery
- Your order will be processed, and the digital key/information will be delivered electronically, typically within [e.g., 1-2 hours] during our business hours.
- Delivery will be made via the Seamae Store messaging system or to your registered email address. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it.
- Once a key has been delivered, it is considered “used” and cannot be returned to our stock.
3. Refunds, Returns & Activation Guarantee
- General Policy: Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for orders where you have purchased the wrong product, or your system does not meet the requirements.
- Activation Issues: We adhere to the 7-day policy of the Seamae Store for claims regarding non-working keys. A refund or replacement will only be issued if:
- The key provided is proven to be invalid or already redeemed at the time of delivery.
- You received a key for a different product than what you ordered.
- A clear screen recording as described in the “Important Notes” section is provided as mandatory proof.
- Activation Guarantee: We guarantee that the key you purchase will be valid for activation. You must report any activation issues to us within 48 hours of receiving the key. We are not responsible for any issues that arise after the software has been successfully activated.
