At SEAMAE, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can occur, and this Refund Policy is designed to clearly outline the conditions, processes, and cases in which you may request a refund for a purchased digital product.

1. Cases Eligible for a Full Refund

We will review and issue a 100% refund for your purchase under the following circumstances:

  • Non-functional or Defective Product: The product is unusable due to a critical technical error inherent to the software itself, and our support team has confirmed that the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Invalid License or Account Information: The license key or account credentials provided by us are invalid, have been previously used, or otherwise prevent you from successfully activating the product.
  • Product Not as Described: The core features of the product are fundamentally and significantly different from the description provided on our sales page.
  • Duplicate Purchase: You were accidentally charged twice for the same product due to a system error. We will refund the duplicate transaction.
  • Non-delivery of Product: You completed the payment but did not receive the product (e.g., download link, license key, or account details) within 24 hours, and there was no prior notification from us regarding a delay.

2. Cases Not Eligible for a Refund

Due to the digital nature of our products, we regret that we cannot offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Change of Mind: You no longer want the product after it has been purchased.
  • Accidental Purchase: You purchased the wrong product without carefully reading its description. (We encourage you to contact us immediately before activating the product to discuss a possible exchange).
  • System Incompatibility: Your computer or device does not meet the minimum system requirements clearly stated in the product description.
  • Dissatisfaction with Features: You are not satisfied with the product’s features or find it difficult to use, provided that the product is functioning correctly and as described.
  • Product Has Been Activated or Used: Once a product has been successfully activated and is free of technical defects covered by our warranty, it is no longer eligible for a refund.
  • Promotional or Sale Items: Products purchased during special sales events or promotional campaigns may be subject to a no-refund policy, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact Technical Support First Before submitting a refund request, please contact our technical support team to report the issue. Many problems can be resolved quickly without the need for a refund.
  • Step 2: Submit a Formal Request If the issue cannot be resolved, please send a formal refund request via email to hotro@seamae.store with the subject line: “Refund Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”.
  • Step 3: Provide Detailed Information In your email, please include the following:
    • Your Order Number.
    • The name of the product you wish to have refunded.
    • A detailed reason for your refund request.
    • Crucial: Screenshots or video evidence clearly demonstrating the issue. This will significantly speed up the review process.

4. Processing Time and Method

  • Request Window: All eligible refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of the original purchase date.
  • Review Time: We will review and respond to your request within 3-5 business days.
  • Refund Method: If your request is approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take an additional 7-14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Note: Upon completion of a refund, the license key or account associated with the refunded product will be permanently deactivated.
