Welcome to the SEAMAE Partner Ecosystem. Our Affiliate Program is designed for professional marketers, influencers, and community leaders who wish to promote the global digital marketplace. By registering as an Affiliate (“Partner”), you agree to the following terms.

1. Enrollment and Professional Standards

  • Application Review: Participation is a privilege, not a right. SEAMAE reserves the right to reject applications from platforms containing “warez,” “cracks,” adult content, or any material that violates our Prohibited Products Policy.

  • Identity Verification: To prevent fraud and comply with AML/CTF standards, Partners earning high-volume commissions may be required to complete a KYC check via our regulated third-party providers.

2. Transparency and Disclosure (Legal Requirement)

Transparency is the bedrock of 2026 e-commerce. You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship with SEAMAE to your audience.

  • UK/US Compliance: You must use disclosures such as #Ad, #Affiliate, or “I earn a commission from qualifying purchases” in close proximity to your links.

  • Accuracy: You must not misrepresent SEAMAE products. Promoting “Lifetime” access for a “Subscription” product, or mislabeling software versions, is grounds for immediate termination.

3. Commission Structure and Payouts

  • The “30-Day” Rule: We utilize a 30-day tracking cookie. If a user completes a purchase within 30 days of clicking your link, the commission is attributed to you (unless the user clears their cookies or uses a different browser).

  • Vesting Period: Commissions are held in a “Pending” state for 30 days to account for the refund window and to mitigate “friendly fraud.”

  • Payout Methods: Earnings are disbursed via Revolut (Global) or Direct Crypto (USDC/USDT) once the minimum threshold of $50.00 USD is met.

  • Clawbacks: If a transaction is refunded or flagged as a fraudulent chargeback, the associated commission will be deducted from your balance.

4. Prohibited Conduct (Zero Tolerance)

To protect our brand equity and marketplace integrity, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Brand Bidding (PPC): You may not bid on “SEAMAE,” “SEAMAE Store,” or any variation/misspelling thereof on Google Ads, Bing, or social platforms. Your ads must not appear for branded search queries.

  • Fee Avoidance (Sellers): Vendors are strictly prohibited from using affiliate links to purchase their own products or to refer their own existing customers to bypass SEAMAE’s standard marketplace commissions.

  • Self-Referrals: You may not use your own affiliate link for personal purchases.

  • Invasive Marketing: No “cookie stuffing,” forced redirects, or unsolicited spam (Email/SMS/Discord/Telegram).

  • Cybersquatting: Registering domains that include the SEAMAE trademark.

5. Intellectual Property License

SEAMAE grants you a non-exclusive, revocable license to use our official logos and marketing banners for the sole purpose of promoting the marketplace. You may not alter our brand assets without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

  • Independent Contractor: You are an independent partner. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship. You are responsible for your own taxes.

  • Indemnity: You agree to indemnify SEAMAE against any legal claims, fines (including FTC/ASA fines), or damages resulting from your failure to disclose your affiliate status or your misrepresentation of our services.

7. Termination

  • At-Will: Either party may terminate this agreement at any time.

  • For Cause: SEAMAE will terminate accounts immediately and void all pending commissions for any Partner found engaging in “Prohibited Conduct” or illegal marketing practices.
