Upon successful payment confirmation—whether via Fiat-to-Crypto onramps (Stripe, MoonPay) or Direct Web3 payments—delivery occurs through two primary channels:

  • Direct Email: An automated notification containing your license key, secure download link, or account credentials is dispatched to your registered email address.

  • Customer Dashboard: All assets are permanently stored in your SEAMAE account under “My Orders” or “Library” for instant retrieval.

3. Regional Restrictions & Compatibility

While SEAMAE is a global marketplace, digital assets often carry geographical limitations imposed by the original software publishers.

  • Buyer Responsibility: You must verify the “Regional Compatibility” (e.g., Global, EMEA, US, Asia-Pacific) displayed on the product page before completing your purchase.

  • Activation Errors: SEAMAE is not liable for the inability to activate a product if you have ignored the regional lock warnings.


4. Zero Shipping & Handling Fees

Because we operate in a “Privacy-First” and “Digital-First” environment:

  • Shipping Cost: $0.00 (Permanently Free).

5. Non-Delivery & Resolution

  2. Spam Filter: Review your email “Junk” or “Promotions” folders.

  3. Vendor Contact: If the item is “Manual Fulfillment,” message the Vendor via the Order Page.

6. Security of Delivery

To protect your purchase, SEAMAE uses encrypted delivery channels.

  • One-Time Reveal: For high-security credentials, you may be required to undergo an additional 2FA check before the key is revealed in your dashboard.

  • Fraud Holds: In rare cases, our AML/CTF filters may flag a transaction for manual review. This may delay delivery by up to 6 hours while we verify the payment integrity.
