1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept return requests for both defective (e.g., corrupted files, invalid license keys) and non-defective products (e.g., change of mind), provided they meet the following condition:
Condition: The item must be “New”.
For Digital Products: This means the license key or activation code has not been redeemed/activated, and the file has not been substantially used or modified.
Once a license key is verified as “Activated” by the seller, it is considered “Used” and is no longer eligible for a return unless technically defective.
3. Return Methods
Since we operate primarily as a digital marketplace, we offer flexible ways to process your return request:
By Mail / Support Ticket: You can initiate a return by contacting us via email or our website chatbot. For administrative purposes or physical documentation (if applicable), requests can be sent to our office address.
In-Store / Drop-off Point: You may visit our registered office address in Da Nang to request a return or exchange in person during business hours.

4. Fees & Return Labels
Restocking Fee: To cover payment gateway processing costs and administrative efforts, a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount for non-defective returns (change of mind).
Return Label: For any physical documentation or if a physical component is involved, a return label or instruction form is included for free (downloadable or provided via email).
5. Refund Timeline & Process
Once your return request is received and inspected (verification of license status usually takes less than 24 hours):
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Stripe/Google Pay/Card).
Processing Time: Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed on our end. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (e.g., a replacement key for a faulty one), send us an email at [email protected].
