SEAMAE TECHNOLOGY COMPANY LIMITED (“Seamae,” “we,” “us”) is committed to maintaining a safe, legal, and trustworthy marketplace for digital goods.

To ensure the safety of our users and compliance with international laws, payment gateway policies (Stripe, Google Pay), and advertising standards, we strictly prohibit the listing and sale of the items listed below.

Sellers found listing these items will face immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

1. Intellectual Property Violations (Strictly Enforced)

We have a zero-tolerance policy for copyright infringement.

  • Cracked Software: Any software that has been modified to bypass licensing fees (e.g., “Cracks,” “Keygens,” “Activators,” “Patchers”).

2. Dishonest Behavior

Items that enable dishonest behavior or illegal access are banned.

  • Phishing Kits: Tools designed to steal login credentials or personal data.

  • Fake Documents: Templates or services for creating fake IDs, passports, or utility bills (KYC fraud).

3. High-Risk Digital Accounts

To prevent fraud and money laundering, the following account types are prohibited:

  • Stolen/Compromised Accounts: Accounts obtained via hacking or phishing.

  • Financial Accounts: Bank accounts, Credit Cards (CC), PayPal accounts, or Cash App accounts.

  • Verified Accounts for Sale: Accounts pre-verified with stolen identities (e.g., “Verified Stripe/Binance Accounts”).

4. Adult & Offensive Content

  • Pornography: Any digital content containing sexually explicit material, nudity, or adult themes.

  • Hate Speech: Content that promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred based on race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.

5. Gambling & “Mystery” Items

  • Online Gambling: Credits, chips, or currency for illegal gambling websites.

6. Malware & Viruses

  • Any file containing viruses, trojans, spyware, ransomware, or malicious code.

7. Enforcement Actions

If a Seller lists a prohibited item:

  1. Listing Removal: The product will be removed immediately without prior notice.

  2. Account Suspension: The Seller’s account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

  3. Funds Withholding: Any funds in the Seller’s account derived from the sale of prohibited items may be withheld to refund affected buyers or pay legal fees.

  4. Reporting: Serious violations involving illegal activities (e.g., stolen financial data) may be reported to law enforcement agencies.
