At SEAMAE, we hold the intellectual property rights of developers, publishers, and our own company in the highest regard. This policy is established to clearly define the rights and responsibilities related to the copyright of all products, services, and content offered on the SEAMAE website.

By accessing and conducting transactions on our platform, you agree to comply with all terms set forth in this policy.

1. Copyright of SEAMAE Content

All content present on the SEAMAE website, including but not limited to logos, brand names, text, graphics, interface design, and source code, is the intellectual property and proprietary asset of SEAMAE.
Any act of copying, modifying, reproducing, distributing, or otherwise using any part of this content for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from SEAMAE is strictly prohibited.

2. Product Copyright and License to Use

This is the most critical clause for our customers to understand:

SEAMAE as a Reseller: We operate as a retailer that provides genuine software, accounts, and digital licenses from original developers and publishers. All intellectual property rights for these products belong to their respective developers or publishers.
A License, Not a Sale: When you purchase a product from SEAMAE, you are purchasing a license to use that product, not the ownership of the product itself. This license grants you the right to use the product within the scope and conditions defined by the developer.
Compliance with EULA: Your use of any purchased software is strictly governed by the developer’s End-User License Agreement (EULA). The EULA is the ultimate legal document that dictates how you are permitted to use the software.

3. Prohibited Actions

As a customer, you agree not to engage in any of the following copyright-infringing activities:

Unauthorized Copying and Distribution: It is strictly forbidden to copy, share, resell, lease, or redistribute any license keys, accounts, or software installers to any third party.
Technical Interference: Acts of cracking, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or modifying the source code to alter the software’s original functionality or bypass its copyright protection measures are strictly prohibited.
Improper License Use: Using a single license on more devices than permitted, or using a personal license for large-scale commercial purposes (unless the license type explicitly allows it).
Use for Illegal Activities: Using any purchased software to conduct activities that violate the law.

Violating any of the above terms may result in the immediate revocation of your license by the developer without notice and without eligibility for a refund.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of the developer’s EULA before installing and using any product.
You are responsible for keeping your account information and license keys secure and confidential. SEAMAE is not liable if your license is used without authorization due to your failure to protect it.

5. Reporting Copyright Infringement

SEAMAE is committed to protecting intellectual property rights. If you are a copyright owner and believe that your rights have been infringed upon through our platform, please contact us immediately at the email address below so we can take appropriate action.
