Affiliate Policy

Effective Date: October 4, 2025

Welcome to the SEAMAE Affiliate Program! We believe that partnership is the key to mutual success. This policy is established to build a transparent, fair, and effective partnership between SEAMAE (“we”, “us”, “our”) and you (the “Affiliate”, “Partner”, “you”).

By registering for and participating in the SEAMAE Affiliate Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Enrollment and Approval

Application Process: To become an Affiliate, you must complete the application form on our Affiliate Program page.
Review: We reserve the full right to review and approve or reject any application at our sole discretion. Applications may be rejected if your website or promotional channels contain inappropriate content (e.g., violence, sexually explicit material, discrimination, illegal activities) or employ unethical promotional methods.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

Honest Promotion: Affiliates are responsible for representing SEAMAE products truthfully, clearly, and without misleading customers.
Use of Tracking Links: Affiliates must use the specific affiliate links, banners, or referral codes provided by SEAMAE to ensure accurate tracking of referrals and sales.
Full Disclosure: Affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with SEAMAE to their audience (e.g., by including a statement such as “This post contains affiliate links” or a similar notice).
Copyright Compliance: Do not illegally copy content, images, or branding from SEAMAE or other brands for promotional purposes.

3. Prohibited Promotional Methods

To protect the SEAMAE brand reputation, the following activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and will result in immediate termination from the program with forfeiture of all outstanding commissions:

Spam: Unsolicited mass emailing or messaging (spam), indiscriminate posting of links in forums, social media comments, or other irrelevant channels.
Misleading Advertising:
- Claiming to be an “official representative” of SEAMAE.
- Using keywords like “SEAMAE Official” or “SEAMAE Store” in domain names or social media page names.
- Providing false information about pricing, promotions, or product features.
PPC Bidding on Brand Keywords: Affiliates are prohibited from bidding on Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns on platforms like Google Ads or Facebook Ads using keywords that include our brand name “SEAMAE” or any variations thereof.
Use of Malware or Cookie Stuffing: Forcibly placing affiliate tracking cookies on a user’s browser without their direct interaction or consent.
Placing links on websites with illegal, pornographic, or hateful content.

4. Commissions and Payouts

Commission Earning: Commissions are earned only on valid, completed transactions (paid for and not refunded) that are generated through an Affiliate’s unique tracking link.
Cookie Duration: The tracking cookie is valid for [e.g., 30 days]. If a customer clicks your link and makes a purchase within this period, you will earn a commission.
Reconciliation and Payment:
- Commissions are calculated and reconciled at the end of each calendar month.
- SEAMAE will process payouts to Affiliates on or around the [e.g., 15th] of the following month.
- Minimum Payout Threshold: Payouts will only be processed once your earned commission balance reaches a minimum of [e.g., $25 USD or 500,000 VND]. If the balance is below this threshold, it will be carried over to the next payment cycle.
Handling of Refunds: If a customer’s order is refunded (in accordance with the SEAMAE Refund Policy), the corresponding commission for that transaction will be deducted from the Affiliate’s account.

5. Termination

By the Affiliate: You may terminate your participation in the program at any time by sending us a request.
By SEAMAE: We reserve the right to terminate an Affiliate’s account immediately for any violation of the terms in this policy. In such cases, all unpaid commissions will be forfeited.
The partnership relationship is that of an independent contractor. You are not an employee of SEAMAE.

6. Policy Modifications

SEAMAE reserves the right to modify the terms of this policy at any time. We will notify Affiliates of any significant changes via email. Your continued participation in the program after a policy update constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
