To maintain a secure ecosystem and preserve our partnerships with regulated financial institutions, SEAMAE enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding the listing and sale of illegal, high-risk, or unethical digital assets.

Vendors who violate this policy face immediate account termination, forfeiture of pending balances, and—where applicable—referral to international law enforcement.

1. Intellectual Property & Circumvention Tools

SEAMAE is a marketplace for legitimate licensing. We strictly prohibit:

  • Unauthorized/Cracked Software: Any software that has been modified, “cracked,” or “patched” to bypass digital rights management (DRM) or licensing fees.

  • Key Generators: Tools designed to generate unauthorized license keys (Keygens).

  • Nulled Scripts: Premium web themes or plugins with the license verification code removed.

2. Fraudulent & Deceptive Services

We prohibit tools and services that facilitate cybercrime or identity theft:

  • Phishing & Social Engineering: Phishing kits, “scampages,” or templates designed to harvest user credentials.

  • Counterfeit Documentation: Templates for government IDs, passports, utility bills, or bank statements (frequently used for KYC fraud).

  • Deceptive Traffic: Botnets, fake social media engagement (likes/followers), or tools for “ad-fraud.”

3. Regulated Financial Instruments & Accounts

To prevent Money Laundering (AML) and Terrorist Financing (CTF), the following are strictly banned:

  • Financial Accounts: Sale of access to bank accounts, PayPal, Cash App, Revolut, or centralized exchange (CEX) accounts.

  • Verified Accounts: Any account sold as “Pre-Verified” using a third-party’s identity (KYC-bypassing).

  • Credit/Debit Card Data: Any sale of “CVVs,” “Fullz,” or stolen payment card information.

  • Unregulated Currency Exchange: Services attempting to wash or mix cryptocurrencies via the marketplace.

4. Malicious Code & Cyber-Exploits

  • Malware: Ransomware, trojans, spyware, or keyloggers.

  • Exploits & Zero-Days: Sale of software vulnerabilities or “exploit kits.”

  • Stalkerware: Software marketed for the purpose of monitoring a person’s private device without their explicit consent.

5. High-Risk & Regulated Content

  • Unregulated Gambling: Credits, chips, or software for illegal or unlicensed gambling platforms.

  • Offensive Material: Content that promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination against protected groups.

  • Adult Content: Sexually explicit digital media or “deepfake” generation tools.
