To maintain a secure ecosystem and preserve our partnerships with regulated financial institutions, SEAMAE enforces a zero-tolerance policy regarding the listing and sale of illegal, high-risk, or unethical digital assets.
Vendors who violate this policy face immediate account termination, forfeiture of pending balances, and—where applicable—referral to international law enforcement.
1. Intellectual Property & Circumvention Tools
SEAMAE is a marketplace for legitimate licensing. We strictly prohibit:
Unauthorized/Cracked Software: Any software that has been modified, “cracked,” or “patched” to bypass digital rights management (DRM) or licensing fees.
Key Generators: Tools designed to generate unauthorized license keys (Keygens).
Nulled Scripts: Premium web themes or plugins with the license verification code removed.
2. Fraudulent & Deceptive Services
We prohibit tools and services that facilitate cybercrime or identity theft:
Phishing & Social Engineering: Phishing kits, “scampages,” or templates designed to harvest user credentials.
Counterfeit Documentation: Templates for government IDs, passports, utility bills, or bank statements (frequently used for KYC fraud).
Deceptive Traffic: Botnets, fake social media engagement (likes/followers), or tools for “ad-fraud.”
3. Regulated Financial Instruments & Accounts
To prevent Money Laundering (AML) and Terrorist Financing (CTF), the following are strictly banned:
Financial Accounts: Sale of access to bank accounts, PayPal, Cash App, Revolut, or centralized exchange (CEX) accounts.
Verified Accounts: Any account sold as “Pre-Verified” using a third-party’s identity (KYC-bypassing).
Credit/Debit Card Data: Any sale of “CVVs,” “Fullz,” or stolen payment card information.
Unregulated Currency Exchange: Services attempting to wash or mix cryptocurrencies via the marketplace.
4. Malicious Code & Cyber-Exploits
Malware: Ransomware, trojans, spyware, or keyloggers.
Exploits & Zero-Days: Sale of software vulnerabilities or “exploit kits.”
Stalkerware: Software marketed for the purpose of monitoring a person’s private device without their explicit consent.
5. High-Risk & Regulated Content
Unregulated Gambling: Credits, chips, or software for illegal or unlicensed gambling platforms.
Offensive Material: Content that promotes hate speech, violence, or discrimination against protected groups.
Adult Content: Sexually explicit digital media or “deepfake” generation tools.
6. Enforcement & Penalty Matrix
SEAMAE utilizes automated scanning and manual audits to identify prohibited listings.

Legal Note: SEAMAE reserves the right to hold Vendor funds for up to 180 days if a violation involves potential financial fraud, to cover potential chargebacks and legal indemnification.
